It's summertime girls! Is there anyone who doesn't want a dream body? NO! So, here we have some reasons to motivate ourselves!
*First of all we want to be proud and not jealous and shy for our bodies, we need to wear hot shorts and small-cute dresses. After that everyone goes to the nearest beach as no one can't stay at home.It's so boring!
LOVE YOUR BODY, FEEL GOOD WITH IT AND START MAKING IT BETTER.
And something else:As I said, it's summer and easier to do it!
1. Drink Water
2. Make salads with vegetables of your own choice
3. Cook your chicken or meat at the grill 
4. Eat fruits as snacks or make smothies with them
5. Go for a quick walk, jogging, do some housework, play beach volleyball  and the most important SWIM!
IT WILL BE EASY.LET'S DO THIS!!
